According to Petri, Microsoft has redeployed resources that it was using to develop Windows 10X. While the website has not disclosed where Microsoft has redeployed these resources to, it seemingly means the end of the road for Windows 10X. Petri added:
Microsoft will not be shipping Windows 10X this year and the OS as you know it today, will likely never arrive.
